Return and Refund Policy

Please carefully go through our return and refund policies given below:

1.Consumable products and non-returnable items are not eligible for Exchange or Refund. Exchange is eligible only in case of damaged/lost during transit, the wrong item shipped, quality issues, and or nearing expiry.

  • All the food items including organic food

  • Personal care, beauty care & Fragrances

  • Discounted products (all items listed under SALE category)

  1. For any product(s) (Exchange is eligible only in case of damage during transit, quality issues, and or nearing expiry) to be eligible for a refund or return, the product(s) purchased has/have to be returned to us within 72 hours of the delivery.

  2. To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it with the packaging being intact.

  3. To initiate the return process, reach out to our Customer Support team at Udyamisocial@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of the product with the following details: -

  • Name of the product

  • The order ID

  • Invoice Number

  • Description of the nature of the claim/request/complaint

  • Images or videos to support the claim/request/complaint

  1. In case, the product received is not sealed/ damaged/broken/contaminated in any way – clear images or video of the same must be shared to initiate the exchange process.

  2. Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3-7 business days (after receiving a complaint) to revert after proper inspection and perusal of the claim/request/complaint. After inspection of the item, we will notify you of the status of your return or refund.

  3. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged.

  4. In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 14 - 21 business days and you will be sent a confirmation of the same.

  5. In case of COD( Cash on delivery) all expenses related to shipping will be deducted. Also in case of return a paid order 2.9% of Paypal transactional fees will be deducted.
